開店後1か月が経ちました

6月15日に開店してから早1か月が過ぎました。
その間に季節は梅雨から夏に移り変わり、毎日うだるような暑さが続いています。

この1か月間、近所の人、島の人、観光の人、外国人など様々な方が訪れて下さり、
とてもエキサイティングな毎日でした。お客さんと話が出来ることを思うと、
狭い店ですがテイクアウト専門店にせず客席を設けて良かったなとつくづく感じます。
面白い活動をされている人も少なくなく、奄美には面白い人がたくさんいることも分かりました。
もしかしたら奄美は好きなことをしやすい環境なのかもしれません。

さて、私達に与えられたこの小さなスペースを皆さんに心地良く過ごしていただける場所にする
ため、食事、インテリア、音楽をさらに磨いていくつもりです。
同時に思うのは、我々が疲弊してはいけないということ。
「楽しく仕事をし楽しく暮らす」
このために奄美にいるわけで、疲れた自分を鏡の中に見つけたら美酢でも飲んで
ペースダウンすることも必要だと思っています。

そんなわけで、皆さんと出会い、言葉を交わせることを楽しみにしています。

It’s been a month since we opened.

It’s already been a month since we opened on June 15th.
In the meantime, the season has changed from the rainy season to summer, and the sweltering heat continues every day.

During this month, we have had many visitors, including locals, islanders, tourists, and foreigners, and it has been a very exciting time.
When I think about being able to talk to our customers, I really feel that it was a good idea to set up seating instead of making it a takeout specialty store, even though it is a small store.

I learned that there are many people doing interesting activities, and that there are many interesting people in Amami. Maybe Amami is an environment where it is easy to do what you love.

Now, in order to make this small space we have been given a place where everyone can feel comfortable, we plan to further refine our food, interior, and music. At the same time, I think that we must not become exhausted. “Work happily and live happily” That is why we are in Amami, and if we see ourselves looking tired in the mirror, I think it is necessary to drink some vinegar and slow down.
